Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
Non-returnable items include:

Customers must inform us within the return period and provide pictures of the product, if applicable.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In cases of defective or incorrect products, 6KD Store will cover the return shipping costs.

7. In-Store Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Customers can also visit our physical store in Mahboula, Kuwait, to request a return, refund, or exchange directly.

Please bring the purchased product along with its original packaging, accessories, and order receipt or proof of purchase. Our store team will assist you with the return, refund, or replacement process in accordance with our return policy.
